K9 Sports Strengthening Program
Four weeks of full body strength training for your canine athlete — front assembly, core, and rear assembly.
Strength is the one component of fitness every K9 athlete needs, at every stage of a sporting career. This is the Primary Strengthening block of the K9 Fitness Pyramid, taught as a structured, progressive program instead of a pile of exercises.
What you'll get:
- 21 video tutorials covering every exercise, with written descriptions and the key form points called out
- 4 weeks of progressive programming that builds height, angle, and difficulty week by week
- 9 teaching lessons on how resistance training actually works — weight distribution and body position, form points, time under tension, and how to combine exercises into a total body workout
- Video review — send us video of your dog working and get feedback on exercise form, handler mechanics, and equipment setup
- Bonus exercises, including Lateral Step On/Step Off and the Push Up
- An exercise tracker to record your dog's progress
- Lifetime access, so you can rebuild strength every off season for the rest of your dog's career
This program uses stable equipment only. You'll need a stable pivot platform of adjustable height, a long stable platform your dog can stand on with all four feet (an aerobic step bench, a Klimb, or a similar wood platform), a way to safely elevate one end of it, and two small blocks or planks to pivot over.
