Power Poses
6Ā exercises to build the topline your dog actually uses to move.
A good topline is not a cosmetic detail. It is the spinal stabilization your dog uses to transfer force from the rear end forward, and it shows up in every part of your dog's work, whether that's a jump on an agility course, a turn on stock, or standing square in the ring.
What you'll get:
- 6 exercises drawn from balance, body awareness, and primary strengthening
- Video tutorials with the key form points called out on every exercise
- A bonus Ebook to download and take out to your training space
- Lifetime access, so you can come back to it whenever you and your dog need it
You'll need a set of 4 paw pods, 2 giant balance discs, 2 K9FITbones or 2 small balance discs, a platform your dog can stand on with all four feet that you can also incline at one end, and 2 stable blocks about 3 to 4 inches tall.
