Before Sit Pretty - Core Strengthening for Every Dog

Build the core your dog needs before you ever ask for sit pretty.

Sit pretty asks your dog to hold its entire body weight on the rear legs with the spine vertical. Trust me, as a rehabilitation veterinarian, that is a great deal to ask of a dog whose core isn't ready for it, and it is hard on many dogs' backs. This course builds that core first, through balance and stabilization work that is safe and appropriate for every dog.

What you'll get:

  • 6 progressive exercises, plus a bonus challenge exercise
  • Video tutorials with the key form points called out on every exercise
  • A bonus Ebook to download and take out to your training space
  • Lifetime access, so you can come back to it whenever you and your dog need it

You'll need 2 foam balance pads, or two couch cushions of equal size about 2 to 3 inches deep, and 2 giant balance discs, though an air mattress works too. The bonus challenge exercise also uses a platform.
